We DON'T have a walk-in showroom, you
have to do a will call order in order to pick up items at the warehouse, or
order online and have your order shipped.
How to do
a Will Call Order:
Shop the web site,
Add items to shopping cart (can't be any online only order items)
Copy and paste the shopping cart to an email or fax and send it to us.
We will pull the order and contact you when it is ready for pickup!
A Few Items are NOT Will Callable....
1.) 72 count
bags of 5 inch Balloons, only the 144 count bags are.
2.)
Most items with Item Numbers with both letters and numbers are online ONLY
order items... like: 542559CO or 82047CV.

Can we pick up and order at the warehouse that we
placed online?
No. Orders placed online are shipped.
Can we come in and shop the warehouse?
NO. We offer Will Call Only. We require you to add items to the
online shopping cart and copy and paste it into an email to us (or print it
out and fax it in) and let us know
what day
you would like to pick
it up, (it may take up to a couple days to have your complete order ready) unless we have made other arrangements with you in advance.
Do not send in a word document, since it will not be opened.
We Do NOT take will call orders by phone.
Will Call ONLY Hours: M - F 9 am to 3:30 pm.
Orders under $40.00 are CASH Only. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Orders of $40.00 or more can by paid by Credit Card of the person picking up the
order.
Balloons are sold flat, not inflated.
Are Will Call Orders are Final Sale, No Returns.
Sales tax is charged on all orders to Calif.
UNLESS you have a
Resale Certificate
on File with us and are in the business of retailing balloons. Fill it out,
print it, fax it in.
Will Call
Orders are offered as a Courtesy, if we continue to have orders not picked up or
other problems with will call orders, we will stop accepting them all together.
These terms are a result of us still trying to offer the courtesy of will call
order and stop the many problems this has caused.

Guarantee: If balloons are defective when
received please contact us to return balloon(s) to us in order for us to
submit defective balloon(s) to their manufacturer. If accepted (determined to
be defective) you will have
your balloon(s) replaced for free, or your money refunded,
and is not responsible for loss of
profits.. Shipping costs are
not refunded.
Liability Policy:
Management reserves the right to decline any order deemed out of the
ordinary in terms of service or special handling.
Your sole and exclusive remedy against Balloon Warehouse is limited to the
return or the replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right

for incidental or consequential damages, like loss of expected party
decorating profits, etc.

Mylar Balloon Inflation
- Make
sure you are using the correct equipment.
UNDERSTAND we are not responsible for
balloons damaged, popped when incorrectly inflated.

LATEX BALLOONS - How long do they last
inflated with Helium? Average time is 8 - 14 hours for 11 to 12 inch size,
depending on the brand.
Hi-FloatŪ can extend the fly time. Heat can
reduce the fly time. Blow-up as close to the event as possible for the
freshest looking balloons.
If using
Hi-FloatŪ
Qualatex recommends using no more than a pea-sized drop of Hi-Float to
ensure balloons do not get weighed down.
Unless you are experienced with Hi-FloatŪ adding it can actually shorten
the float time.
Colors do not look the same between most computer monitors so what we
see and what you see will probably not be the same. We use the image from
the manufacturer for our site. Please check description for more details or
