We do accept orders over the phone, with a minimum of $50.00
 You can either pay through Paypal or send a Personal Check or Money Order. Paypal orders are shipped to the confirmed credit card address.

Shipping: We usually ship within 2-3 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for make sure that you allow at least a week for delivery. We are currently shipping about 85% of the orders the same day we get the order, if it is placed online before 12:30 pm PST. Large and or Heavy orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground (Usually will NOT be shipped to HI, AK, GU, VI or PR.) and may take longer to arrive, plan accordingly.  PLEASE put in the special instruction section at check out the date you would like your order by We do not offer overnight shipping. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday may not get into the system until Monday morning, if we are out of stock on the items ordered. Some items require extra shipping cost to HI and AK, most do not.
Rush Shipping: We do not offer overnight shipping.  If you need a order by a certain date, Put the date in the "Customer Options" section at check out or email us immediately after placing an online order with NAME, ZIP and DATE needed and if it is possible we will ship the items so they should arrive by that date if possible or refund the purchase. We can also ship the in stock items and refund the rest.
Export: We sell within the USA only, WE DO NOT EXPORT.
Mylar Balloon Inflation - Make sure you are using the correct, appropriate equipment. UNDERSTAND we are Not responsible for balloons damaged, and/or popped when incorrectly inflated.
