the phone. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Most orders are shipped out Priority Mail. In some cases we can also ship Overnight Express Mail on Request. This option is only available upon our approval, may be additional charge in shipping.

Shipping: We usually ship within 2-3 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for make sure that you allow at least a week for delivery.
Overnight Shipping/ Express Mail: If you need overnight shipping you must contact us ahead of time and have us approve your order. Some balloons or other items can not be shipped overnight. Overnight shipping is not guaranteed to all locations depending on your post office.
In Stock: Not all balloons are guaranteed to be in Stock at time of ordering.
Guarantee: If balloons are defective when received please contact us or return balloon(s) to us in order for us to submit defective balloon(s) to their manufacturer. If accepted you will have your balloon(s) replaced for free, or your money refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
