History Our Family has been in the Balloon Retail & Wholesale Business since 1979 in South Pasadena, CA. During this time we have established a good relationship with many different suppliers & manufactures around the United States. We have come to the point were we are able to expand our wholesale business onto the internet. As always we try our absolute best to assure you of quality balloon products! One of the unique things about our online website is that we do not have a minimum order! So you can buy as much or as little as you want! We also do not limit our sales to only Retail businesses, anyone who wants to can buy from us at wholesale prices! We offer a huge range of balloons with just about every type available. Shipping: We usually ship within 2-3 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for make sure that you allow at least a week for delivery.
Overnight Shipping/ Express Mail: We do not offer overnight shipping.
In Stock: Not all balloons are guaranteed to be in Stock at time of ordering.
Guarantee: If balloons are defective when received please contact us or return balloon(s) to us in order for us to submit defective balloon(s) to their manufacturer. If accepted you will have your balloon(s) replaced for free, or your money refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
