Terms of Use Policy Use of this Site is subject to our Terms of Use. By using this Site, you signify that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

NOTE: Balloons shown on computer screen may not be exactly same colors as shown. Our photos are what the manufacturers sends us to show the balloons and are not actual representations of the actual balloon. We try to show as close description as possible to each balloon.

We do accept orders over the phone, with a Minimum of $75.00 of Merchandise (effective 03/05/14). 
Please have your order complete ready when you call.

We accept Credits Cards using Square for phone orders or Will Call Orders, (effective 09/15/15).

We do not take credit cards from outside the US, or with Non-US billing address, or Non-US shipping address.

Phone Orders CANNOT Include any item stated as Online Only Sale Item.

Phone Orders should ship to the same address as the billing address of the credit card.

Phone Orders since they have to be manually entered usually take extra days to process.

 You can either pay through Paypal or send a Personal Check or Money Order. Paypal orders are shipped to the confirmed credit card address.

Ordering Information / Shipping Policy / Return Policy:  

Shipping: We usually ship within 2-3 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for make sure that you allow at least a week for delivery. We are currently shipping about 85% of the orders the same day we get the order, if it is placed online before 12:00 NOON PST. Large and or Heavy orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground (Usually will NOT be shipped to HI, AK, GU, VI, PR.or APO addresses) and may take longer to arrive, plan accordingly. PLEASE put in the special instruction section at check out the date you would like your order by We do not offer overnight shipping. WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY GUARANTEE BY a Certain Date, all orders are subject to postal or carrier delays. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday may not get into the system until Monday morning, if we are out of stock on the items ordered. Some items require extra shipping cost to HI and AK, most do not. Big and Bulky Orders and Orders that exceed normal ordering will have the additional shipping cost billed and paid prior to accepting the order.

Tracking Number: The tracking number is automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped.
Sales tax is charged on all orders to Calif. UNLESS you have a Resale Certificate on File with us and are in the business of retailing balloons. Fill it out, print it, fax or mail it in. Orders less than $40.00 in msde are considered retail sales. Orders MUST be marked as "FOR RESALE" in the special instructions when ordering to have CA tax refunded.

Shipping to address other then billing address of credit card: You now can change your shipping address in paypal to another address other than your credit card billing address. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE ONE PROVIDED THRU CHECK OUT. So make sure you choose the right address or add a different ship to address BEFORE checking out.
Shipping Address: We ship to the credit card billing address OR the address provided by paypal as the shipping address for online orders. The billing address must be within the US for us to take the credit card online or by phone.
Combined Order Shipping: Not offered.
Returns: If your shipping address is wrong and the package is returned, undeliverable, refused or is returned to us, we will not credit back the shipping charge of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Custom Orders are not returnable. Other returns must be unopened, like new condition.

Latex Balloons are NO LONGER Returnable, due to abuse of our old return policy.
 A Return Authorization Email MUST be obtained prior to any return. We refuse returns without a return address or that are beyond 30 days.  NOTE: "Online Only Item" Specials are NO LONGER Returnable, due to abuse of our old return policy. Returns must be sent back in an appropriate box, or package as it was shipped to you. We don't pay for or reimburse shipping costs on returns. You must be the original purchaser. Please only order what you need for the event. All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Include a copy of the original invoice/packing list with authorized return. No returns accepted / credited after 30 days. A Return Authorization Email MUST be obtained prior to any return. We refuse returns without a return address or that are beyond 30 days. Returns must be sent back in an appropriate box, or package as it was shipped to you.
Returns are subject to acceptance and will not be allowed for dated items, ie: 2012 or special events ie: Super Bowl.
Large Orders that are cancelled before shipping or when in transit are considered special orders and will be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% and if already shipped the shipping charge.

Orders will be canceled if Actual shipping cost exceed the cost of the whole amount of the order.
Printing on Balloons: Some balloons occasionally have less than perfect printing, but are released by the manufacturer that way, we try and pick the best.
Orders of items marked 
"COMING SOON!"  This means the item is NOT in stock yet. We will attempt to contact you by email, to see if you can wait or if you want a refund of the item. If no reply by shipping time of the next business day, we will refund it and ship the rest of the order.
Export: We sell within the USA only, WE DO NOT EXPORT.  We don't direct export. We do have a number of customers using www.MyUS.com . We still require US Shipping Address and US Credit Card Billing address on all orders.

Not all balloons are guaranteed to be in Stock at time of ordering.
Can we pick up and order at the warehouse that we placed online?
No. Orders placed online are shipped.
Can we come in and shop the warehouse? NO. We offer Will Call Only. We require you to add items to the online shopping cart and copy and paste it in an email to us (or print it out and fax it in) and let us know what day you would like to pick it up, unless we have made other arrangements with you in advance.  We Do NOT take will call orders by phone.
Will Call Hours: M - F 9 am to 3:00 pm.
Orders under $40.00 are CASH Only. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Balloons are sold  flat, not inflated.

Shortages: If you feel there is a shortage in your order. FIRST look in the package labeled "Multiple Balloons Enclosed" or check Packing Slip for notes: ie: "Backordered", "Refunded", otherwise you must report it within 48 hours of receiving order.
Guarantee: If balloons are defective when received please contact us to return balloon(s) to us in order for us to submit defective balloon(s) to their manufacturer. If accepted (determined to be defective) you will have your balloon(s) replaced for free, or your money refunded,
and is not responsible for loss of profits.. Shipping costs are not refunded.   Remember you will have some popped balloons unless you are using the correct, and appropriate equipment. Our guarantee only covers balloons when using the correct, and appropriate equipment, and from 30 days of the original purchase. Our guarentee does not cover "Fly Time" length of time the balloons will stay inflated or floating, that is dependent on handeling of balloons and conditions beyond our control.
Liability Policy:
Management reserves the right to decline any order deemed out of the ordinary in terms of service or special handling.
Your sole and exclusive remedy against Balloon Warehouse is limited to the return or the replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against
Balloon Warehouse for incidental or consequential damages, like loss of expected party decorating profits, etc.
Also, please note that typoes do happin [like that one there!].
Balloon Warehouse is not liable for typographical errors.
Mylar Balloon Inflation
- Make sure you are using the correct equipment. UNDERSTAND we are not responsible for balloons damaged, popped when incorrectly inflated.

WARNING: Adult supervision required. Keep inflated foil balloons from electrical powerlines, lights, and outlets by securely attaching the right size balloon weight. Discard broken balloons. Do not use metallic ribbon with foil balloons.

LATEX BALLOONS - How long do they last inflated with Helium? Average time is 8 - 14 hours for 11 to 12 inch size, depending on the brand. Hi-FloatŪ can extend the fly time. Heat can reduce the fly time. Blow-up as close to the event as possible for the freshest looking balloons.
If using Hi-FloatŪ Qualatex recommends using no more than a pea-sized drop of Hi-Float to ensure balloons do not get weighed down.
 Unless you are experienced with Hi-FloatŪ adding it can actually shorten the float time.
NOTE: Colors do not look the same between different computer monitors, so what we see and what you see will probably not be the same. We use the image from the manufacturer for our site. Please check description for more details or email for more info. Colors will vary between brands.
NOTE: Bags of Assorted Colors means that, Assorted Colors are in the bag. There is no guarantee of the number of each color or even that all listed colors are in the bag. Bags come assorted from the factory. If you need a certain number of certain color(s) buy bags of the colors you need. No returns on bags because the number of a certain color was not in the bag.
